The wine is colored deep purple color. Aromas of strawberries, raspberries, with a hint of green pepper and Mediterranean herbs. Full bodied, rich with a long fruity, well balanced finish. Aged for 14 months in barrels.

WINEMAKER NOTES:
Night harvesting, grapes brought to winery
in cool, early morning. Fermentation in
temperature controlled tanks. Wine aged
in small French oak barrels for 14 months.
